根據中華人民共和國教育部關於中國政府獎學金的管理規定☑️，結合我校具體實際👩💻，特製定本實施細則🛶。These implementation rules are formulated specifically in accordance with the relevant regulations on the management of Chinese Government Scholarship by the Ministry of Education of P.R.China and with the practicality of Northwest A&F University.
第一條 恒行3成立中國政府獎學金年度評審委員會🫥，負責中國政府獎學金生年度評審工作。委員會由恒行3主管外事的校領導、主管研究生工作的校領導以及國際合作與交流處、國際學院、研究生院➛、教務處和相關學院外國留學生業務負責人組成，校評審委員會秘書處設在國際學院。Review Committee of Annual Chinese Government Scholarship Program of the University is established to take charge of reviewing the scholarship students annually. The committee is composed of university leaders in charge of foreign affairs and postgraduate students, and principles from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, College of International Education, the Graduate School, the Office of Academic Affairs, and deans of relevant colleges undertaking the international students study. The committee secretariat is at the College of International Education.
第二條 每年4月20日前，國際學院通過恒行3校園網、宣傳信函等形式負責向參加評審的外國留學生進行宣傳動員工作並向其發放《中國政府獎學金年度評審表》👷🏽♂️。The College of International Education will publicize through the University webpage and public notice etc, mobilize the international students to attend the review, and hand out the Annual Review Form of Chinese Government Scholarship Status to them before April 20 each year.
第三條 每年4月30前🧟♀️，參加評審的外國留學生向國際學院提交已填寫的《中國政府獎學金年度評審表》；5月10日前，有關學院組織導師及有關人員對參加評審的本院外國留學生依據導師意見、學生本學年主要課程考試成績及所獲學分情況🌳👩🏽🔬、學習態度、考勤情況🦴、外國留學生行為表現和獎懲情況等對外國留學生進行評審💁🏿♀️，並將學院評審結果報送國際學院。Before every April 30, international students attending the review need to submit the completed Form to the College of International Education; Based on tutors' advice, the scores of major courses and credits of the year, attitude toward learning, class attendance, conduct, and rewards and punishments, related colleges will organize tutors and relevant teachers to review these students, and report the review result to the College of International Education before May 10.
第四條 獎學金年度評審具體量化標準，總分100分🆎。出勤率和課堂表現占10%🧝🏻♀️𓀐，日常表現占20%😹，參與恒行3相關活動占10%，考試成績占60%。 The specific quantization standard for Annual Review of Scholarship is set with the total score being 100.Class attendance and performance occupies 10%, daily conduct 20%, taking part in the related university activities 10%, and scores of courses 60% .
（一）出勤率和課堂表現（滿分10分）。漢語補習期由任課漢語老師進行評定🤵🏻；專業課學習期由任課老師進行評定；畢業論文撰寫期由導師進行評定。Class attendance and performance (full mark is 10). Chinese teachers evaluate students when they are in the Chinese learning period; instructors assess in specialized subjects learning period; tutors of thesis writing appraise during graduation.
（二）日常表現分（滿分20分）📦，由輔導員和導師共同評定😲。Daily conduct (full mark is 20) is reviewed by the counselor and tutors.
（三）參與恒行3相關活動（滿分10分）👩🏿🚒，漢補習期由輔導員評定🐐；專業課學習期或畢業論文工作期由專業班級輔導員或研究生秘書評定。Relevant university activities (full mark is 10), are reviewed by the counselor in the Chinese learning period; by the counselors or postgraduate secretaries during the specialized subjects learning or graduation thesis writing.
（四）考試成績分（滿分60分），漢語補習期間以該學年度漢語課平均分值為準；專業課學習期以該學年度所修專業課平均分為準；畢業論文工作期以參與科研活動的工作量和發表論文為準👩🎓。Score of courses(full mark is 60), the average score of Chinese courses shall prevail in the Chinese learning period of the year; the average score of specialized subjects shall prevail in the specialized subjects learning period of the year; the workload of taking part in scientific research and paper publishing shall prevail during the graduation thesis writing.
第五條 獎學金年度評審綜合得分=出勤分+日常表現分+參與相關活動分+考試成績分*0.6。 Overall score of Annual Review =score of class attendance score of daily conduct + score of taking part in relevant university activities +score of courses*0.6.

第七條 每年5月20日前🧺，恒行3中國政府獎學金年度評審委員會對參加評審的外國留學生進行終審🦬，並依據學生的有關材料和學院評審意見達成恒行3評審決定並撰寫評審報告。5月30日前，依據國家留學基金管理委員會規定的時限將評審結果和評審報告以書面形式報國家留學基金管理委員會🧮。Before every May 20, Review Committee of Annual Chinese Government Scholarship Program in the University will conduct final review to international students who attend the review, and make review decisions according to the related materials and the college review assessment. In accordance with the time limit requirements of China Scholarship Council, the university shall send the result and report of review in written form to CSC before May 30.
第八條 恒行3在收到國家留學基金管理委員會轉來的評審結果批復後🪪，以書面形式告知被評審人🏃♂️👏🏼。After receiving the review result approval from China Scholarship Council, university will inform the international students who attend the review in written form.
第九條 有下列情形之一者，本年度獎學金年度評審結果為未通過，同時將取消或中止其中國政府獎學金資格。International students will fail in the annual review if one of the following situations occurs, and they will be canceled or broken off the qualification for acquiring Chinese Government Scholarship.
（一）本學年度出勤不足60%者；Class attendance of the year is less than 60%.
（二）本學年度日常表現分低於8分者；The score of daily conduct of the year is below 8.
（三）本學年度考試成績分低於60分或單科低於50分者；The average examination score of the year is under 60 or any one course score is under 50.
（四）獎學金年度評審綜合得分低於60分者；Overall score of Annual Review is under 60.
（五）嚴重違犯校規校紀者；Serious violation of the University regulations and disciplines.
